We are seeking a remote Senior Bilingual Support Specialist fluent in French and/or German to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service to our user base, across an expanding international environment.

You will be responsible for handling end-user requests via MS Teams chat, call, and email. Additionally, you will perform access management to various business applications, MS365 resources, and Azure cloud for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers.

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-user requests via MS Teams chat, call, and email
  • Create and manage tickets via the IT Service Desk (JIRA), escalating to second level support when necessary
  • Prioritize requests, provide status updates, and clarify solutions
  • Distribute tickets to various internal or external service providers, some through JIRA or other ticketing tools or via email
  • Maintain Knowledge Base for all employees
  • Perform access management to various business applications, MS365 resources, and Azure cloud for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles
  • Experience with Jira Service Management and Microsoft 365 and Office 365
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Teams�
  • Fluent in English and either French or German (B2+ level)
Nice to have
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Remote Assist
  • Knowledge of OneDrive, Remote Desktop Access, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Outlook, and Power Platform
