We are seeking a remote Senior Bilingual Support Specialist fluent in French and/or German to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service to our user base, across an expanding international environment.
You will be responsible for handling end-user requests via MS Teams chat, call, and email. Additionally, you will perform access management to various business applications, MS365 resources, and Azure cloud for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers.

- Create and manage tickets via the IT Service Desk (JIRA), escalating to second level support when necessary
- Prioritize requests, provide status updates, and clarify solutions
- Distribute tickets to various internal or external service providers, some through JIRA or other ticketing tools or via email
- Maintain Knowledge Base for all employees
- Perform access management to various business applications, MS365 resources, and Azure cloud for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles
- Experience with Jira Service Management and Microsoft 365 and Office 365
- Excellent command of Microsoft Teams�
- Fluent in English and either French or German (B2+ level)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Remote Assist
- Knowledge of OneDrive, Remote Desktop Access, and SharePoint
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Outlook, and Power Platform
