What You?ll Do:�

The Salesforce Administrator role is a part of the Information Systems team, under Engineering Operations. In this role you will be responsible for owning and managing the Salesforce roadmap. You will work closely with global Commercial teams to help identify business challenges and solutions through leading requirements design, evaluating existing implementations and helping build tools and processes that scale. To be successful in this role you'll need to use your analytical skills, business skills and raw smarts to solve complex problems and be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity. You must have a demonstrated understanding of various business functions and processes and ensure that provided solutions align with the overall business strategy. This role will be based out of Los Angeles. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week and remotely for the rest.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

  • Significantly contribute to the overall platform strategy to support our Revenue, Business Analytics and Finance organizations�
  • Interface with business partners and senior leadership to ensure projects have proper impact and adoption�
  • Perform hands-on configuration of all new and existing functionality including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflow, flows, process builders, reports and dashboards and customized applications to support the internal Salesforce environment�
  • Drive all Product Launch decisions including the management of all alpha/beta feedback�
  • �Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs�
  • Functional & non-functional requirements; Use cases; User stories; Screen and interface designs; Reporting & data requirements; As-is and To-be process flows�
  • Identify, document, and communicate operational processes and all training documentation for Nexxen?s use of Salesforce; conduct user training�
  • Provide daily support to global users; identify top issue drivers and propose solutions to mitigate�
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend new Salesforce features and/or new business use cases and how they can best integrate with Salesforce Infrastructure�
  • Assist in the development of shared Salesforce tools and infrastructure, including analytics, audit and alerting systems�
  • Maintain working knowledge of new CRM functionality to identify what impact it may have on the user base�
  • Clearly communicate requirements to the development team, and priorities and direction to stakeholders.

What Will I Bring?�

  • Bachelor?s degree or compensating work experience
  • 3+ years previous experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com &/or cloud infrastructure (Salesforce.com admin certification preferred)�
  • Fluent with Lightning, but comfortable navigating in Classic�
  • Operational experience in maintaining and updating large-scale Internet services and sales operations � Understanding of, and demonstrated successful experience with Salesforce.com architecture and the following modules: applications, objects, formula fields, custom views, and other intermediate complexity content�
  • Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application coupled with good understanding of general business processes (Sales, Marketing, etc.)�
  • Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce 3rd party solution providers and products.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
  • Advanced experience with Collaboration tools (ex: Atlassian Tools [Jira, Confluence, etc.], MS Office, Slack, etc.)
  • Can engage with enterprise clients and understands how they work and think; can craft approaches that are effective for important external stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with energy & enthusiasm for solving unknowns
  • Analytic and quantitative capabilities ? ability to use data to drive product decisions and process improvements
  • Sees ahead clearly, can anticipate future consequences and product trends accurately; has broad knowledge and perspective, and is future-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and command of group dynamics in order to drive team and stakeholders to effective decisions or consensus
  • Experience Managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations
  • Digital Marketing experience is a plus!�

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Los Angeles is $95,000 - $115,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
